Andrew Farrance started out paddling kayaks as a small boy around the age of two years old, sitting in his father's kayak.  He loved the water and devoted his early years to mastering paddling, with his ultimate achievement being selection in the C2 (Canoe 2-man) slalom for the Sydney 2000 Olympics. You would never know this unless you asked or read it here, but if you have him instructing you you're learning from one of the very best teachers. With over 20 years of teaching experience, several of Andrew's innovative instructional techniques have been adopted nationally and Andrew's work has formed the basis of the Current National Instructional syllabus.

Andrew's instruction style is friendly and supportive, he will bring out the best in you while making sure you're safe and comfortable.
